Well built machine that prints quietly A really nice printer, but when it arrived the touchscreen would not turn on. We had the same issue as the previous reviewers who had to re-insert the software chip (micro SD card) in the back of the machine as it had dislodged from shipment. Removing the back panels (make sure power is off) allows you access to the SD card above the network port on the bottom left. Push the card back in and the touchscreen will turn on. Annoying that this happens, but not the end of the world. Sindoh should find a way to secure this better during shipment moving forward because their customer service in the US is currently only through email communication and could use improvement.Overall we are very happy with the print quality, construction of the machine is solid, and it’s very quiet.
Be prepared to open it for sure Update:Iâm changing my review to 5 stars because Iâm much happier with this printer than my other printers. Itâs very professional and has so many features. But please read the oroginal review and also another one regarding the repair on arrival. You need to open the back and place the sd card in properly.Update:The print quality is good. It has many features including remote printing and monitoring (same network)It prints well and its app has many many settings to choose from. It is very bery complex. The gear boxes and feeding mechanisms that it has are crazy. I hope they donât break or probably they cannot be repaired. This was my first print on it. A panel for a project that we have. I still have not played with fill/pattern settings.Update: 1 starI just received the replacement. I plugged it in and guess what, it didnât turn on.But thanks to a 5-star reviewer, this time I knew I had to open the back.So you open the…
Simple dual nozzle printer for the newbie, with room to grow. Would have had it up and running in 20 mins had it not been for UPS jarring the shipping package. When I plugged it in, system would not boot up. Took rear covers off, the micro sd card with the OS had popped out. Stuck it back in, boots up in 60 seconds, loaded the filament on its own and I was printing a sample in 20 mins from boot up.Love the table calibration, I had to run the knobs one click in each direction, table was level. Flash drive is small, but keep it around it has a copy of the software. You can download the latest versions from the website as well.I am currently using up my PLA to get the hang of it, eventually order the ABS. The cartridge issue may seem like a pain, but once you realize how easy it is to setup and maintain then you realize why you would rather pay a little extra for it.One note I would like Sindoh to fix is, my wifi does not broadcast. It does not allow you to manually enter an SSID manually it must be broadcasting for it to…
